**Department Description**:
As part of the department Internal Services we manage the utilisation of the individual workplaces and the general workspace for our around 1.800 Erste Digital employees at Erste Campus. Close collaboration with Erste Campus Facility Management, together with a firm understanding of the needs and expectations of our delivery teams in the new hybrid work environment are key factors for a successful performance.

We are looking for a student to enrich our small team for workspace and seating management by taking over regular or project driven tasks and supporting the collaboration with key stakeholders. Work with us on dealing with the requirements of the new hybrid work environment and help shaping the new ways of working at Erste Campus.

**What to do**:

- Support workplace and workspace related tasks
- Support tasks related to incoming goods (Wareneingang)
- Manage issues regarding our company cars
- Maintain office and workplace utilisation data; generate reports where needed
- Maintain contracts and service level agreements with our external partners

**You check these boxes**:

- Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH)
- Communicative, curious, and empathetic, treating all people with respect
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion for teamwork, continuous learning, and organizing things
- Familiarity with (or even expertise in) Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
- Keenness to take over responsibility and to find solutions to problems
