Visual Merchandise Manager (M/F/d) Your Mission As a Visual Merchandise Manager (M/F/d), you are the creative force behind the way our collections come to life at the point of sale. You'll take charge of the entire visual merchandising journey - from initial concept to full implementation - specifically for our key B2B accounts in the drugstore and retail sector. Your Responsibilities Develop and execute tailored visual merchandising concepts for our products across major European retail and drugstore chains, among others Design in-store presentations including shelves, display walls, and promotional areas Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations that bring your ideas to life Manage implementation on-site - from planning to execution, you're fully hands-on Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Management Travel across Europe Your Profile Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally within accessories, fashion, pharmacy or jewerly sectors Strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and retail-driven design Excellent communication skills in both German and English (min.
