User Experience Assurance (UXA) Junior Specialist

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Consumer Request Handling: Address and resolve consumer requests promptly and effectively.**:

- ** Internal Request Support: Provide support for internal team requests and ensure timely resolution.**:

- ** 24/7 Platform Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Red Bull TV and ServusTV On using Quality of Experience and service health dashboards.**:

- ** High Priority Incident Management: Manage and resolve high-priority incidents to maintain platform stability.**:

- ** Editorial News Clipping: Assist in editorial news clipping and distribution of metadata.**:

- ** Content Automation Monitoring: Support content automation processes and ensure accuracy.**:

- ** Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for UXA Operators, facilitating communication and support.**

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- ** Advanced knowledge of digital platforms and user experience principles.**:
