**The Red Bull Athlete Performance Center (APC) **is an athlete accelerator that supports world-class athletes to maximize their individual potential, within an innovative environment and with a powerful global network of specialists. To support our team in Thalgau/ Salzburg, we are looking for an attentive and empathetic Business Operations Manager.

**The main task of this role** is to form and lead a harmonious team and to identify and implement opportunities for further development. This will be jointly achieved through clear communication, well designed organizational processes, thoughtful people management and analytical cost control in line with APC's vision and direction. In addition, as part of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for having a good overview of the performance center in Thalgau and jointly managing processes and structures to ensure athletes are excellently cared for and successful team culture is fostered.

**LEADERSHIP**
- You will lead the APC Salzburg Business Operations team and organize team initiatives that promote a positive company culture.
- You will ensure clear and empathetic communication within the Business Operations team and the broader APC team to provide relevant information in a timely manner.
- You will continuously work to develop concepts and ideas to create the best conditions for success and identify new opportunities to improve our set-up.
- You will be an active member of the local APC leadership team, collaborating on strategic goals.

**FACILITY OPERATIONS**
- You oversee ongoing processes and maintenance of the building and equipment.
- You supervise equipment purchases together with all departments and support the optimization of the facility.
- You will continuously work with colleagues to create the best conditions for success and identify new opportunities to improve our set-up.
- You will manage partnerships and be a point of contact for the local performance and medical teams, providing support as needed.

**ATHLETE OPERATIONS**
- As part of a bigger team, you will optimize the organizational framework of an athlete's visit - from the initial contact request, through the workflows during an athlete's stay, to its conclusion with feedback to the entire team.
- You will collaborate with external stakeholders (hotels, shuttles, etc.) to ensure the highest quality of service to the athletes.
- You will lead professional collaborations with all Red Bull APC units, Red Bull Corporate Project teams and other stakeholders and partners.

**ADMINISTRATION**
- You will structure and monitor the budget and finances of APC Salzburg.
- You will proactively lead and organize team initiatives to optimize administrative processes.
- A key success factor is good collaboration with the Business Operations team in APC Los Angeles.
- You will create and organize summaries, presentations and reports and ensure that these operations support the larger business objectives.

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**
- You will support the joint planning and implementation of new ideas and developments to contribute well to future development.
- You will collect data and insights to assist the team in strategic planning.
- You will identify and communicate opportunities to further improve the performance impact for our athletes.

**Qualifications**:

- Empathic leader who enjoys working together to develop new things
- Experience managing a facility where people enjoy working on interdisciplinary issues
- Professional experience in developing plans, energetically implementing them, and maintaining oversight to do so
- At least 5 years of experience in the corporate world, with a good understanding of operational issues, such as planning, budgeting and project management
- Ability to monitor developments, prepare reports and present data analysis in a clear manner
- Good basic knowledge and experience with software and hardware technologies & proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm and passion for sports is a big plus
