**Global Customer Engagement / Marketing Manager B2B (f/m/d), Sandoz B2B, Kundl, Austria**

As Global Customer Engagement Manager, B2B your mission will be to excite our existing and new customers for our products and services. Engaging our clients online and offline in close collaboration with the Sandoz B2B teams will be your main focus. Your toolbox will include the orchestration of industry event participation, online and offline communication with partners and stakeholders, leading visual and content design excellence to build and foster our B2B positioning & branding.

**Your key responsibilities**:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead, implement & optimize B2B branding activities
- Set up and maintain high impact B2B online presence (website, social media etc.) with content creation
- Orchestrate industry fair participation (e.g. CPhI) with booth design, agency lead and accompanying communication measures etc.
- Overall lead of creative agencies for events, online/offline communication & graphic design
- Support Commercial, Business Development and Product Managament teams with industry-leading communication materials (online & offline) carving out USPs for Sandoz B2B along the customer journey
- Fuel idea pipeline and execution of engagement measures for internal & external stakeholders
- Establish robust network within Sandoz & Novartis organizations to leverage & align customer engagement expertise across the global organization

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:Essential**:

- 5+ years of Marketing & Advertising experience in Pharmaceutical industry (additional industry experience welcome), ideally Generics
- Thorough understanding of B2B business model
- Experienced in leading external agencies
- Ideally already available agency network
**Desirable requirements**:

- Experienced in working within a global pharmaceutical organization, comfortable working in multi‐cultural and diverse teams
- Broad commercial understanding of the pharmaceutical industry

For this position the minimum salary is € 52.204,04/year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
