**Virtual Assistant job description**

**Virtual Assistant duties and responsibilities**
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing reports, memos, and other documents
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Researching and gathering information for projects
- Managing social media accounts and online presence
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Providing general administrative support to the team

**Virtual Assistant requirements and qualifications**
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role

**Job Types**: Temporary, Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: 150.00€ - 300.00€ per day
