Tasks

**Your Mission**:

- Prepare important documents for our sales processes, e.g. customize proposals, presentations etc.
- Processing of tenders, e.g. pre-screen & organize documents, answer questions etc.
- Support our sales team with various tasks such as organizing travels, registering in supplier databases, fill-in questionnaires etc.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you
- Have an academic background (Bachelor or higher) in economics or related fields
- You have gained work experience in sales departments or related fields with back-office tasks

You need
- to be fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
- a valid work permit for Austria

The minimum starting salary for a full time position, according to the collective agreement, is EUR 1.948;
- (38.5h/week), but will be higher depending on your qualifications.
