Provide strategic direction, leadership, management and coordination of Project Engineering function for the digital Business Line in the region. Manages and leads the team for developing, implementing and facilitating successful on-boarding of digital solutions, adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment together with its subsequent operations and maintenance. Provides consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal of improving productivity and efficiency. Ensures thorough testing and troubleshooting of the final system setup and its successful rollout through effective training. Exhibits an understanding of how to best configure and implement software. Confirms all resources are in place to implement software on-time and on budget. Ensures ongoing support and services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Software Engineering expertise & Leadership: Provides Engineering leadership consistently at high quality to the regional Project engineering teams reporting direct & indirect, to drive project successful project delivery.
- Drive Project Management activities to meet monthly, quarterly, yearly Revenue, billing and margin targets
- Own and meet project delivery schedule with highest quality & customer satisfaction.
- Ensure project completion within assigned budget and drive productivity improvement
- Collaboration & teamwork: Develop strategic partnership with OPC, other regional engineering teams, engineering solutions providers to manage resources requirement.
- Drive execution efficiency across all solutions lines in the regions & meet/exceed %GM target for the region.
- Continuously drives quality, delivery process improvement actions using standard builds. Collaborate with other regions and the BL Global Operations Manager for standardization.
- Customer Centricity & Support: Ensure digital solution(s) and value proposition are aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. This is done by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen & collaborate with consulting team for solutions & industry.
- Responsible for providing engineering estimate to Proposal team & complete Project delivery Risk Assessment.
- Leadership and development: Develop and execute strategic plan to Skills enhancement, team augmentation within the regions to support achieve sales targets and expand our customer base for PAPI
- Excellent People & team management and effective communication skills
- Provides direction and mentoring to direct & indirect sales team to ensure selection of the right projects
- Take calculated risk for supporting digital growth.
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly business review meetings and key participant to the Sales & Operation Planning meetings.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical field
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or technical field would be an advantage
- 15+ years’ experience in the OT / software industry with focus on digitalization and Industrial Software, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends
- Proven track record in Engineering and Project delivery management, strong customer focus, exposure to customer top management, driving results and turning opportunities into project successes
- Proven experience in driving digital Project execution for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation)
- Implemented at least three or more solution areas large projects /programs through a full lifecycle from requirements gathering to aftermarket support
- Ability to deliver complex deliverables under demanding timelines. Be flexible with changes and keep the customer focused and stay within the scope of the engagement.
- Deep Experience in the industrial software environment; Division-specific industry exposure (industrial automation/advanced software/ ) preferred experience and background in either one or more of the Division industrial domains of Mining, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Food & Beverage
