Our newest gastronomic concept, RIBELLI, is centred around authentic Italian cooking. From pizza and oven-baked dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. At RIBELLI, it’s all in the name. In each of us there’s a little rebel who wants to improve on the usual Italian mainstream cuisine day after day. Because we ourselves are anything but conventional.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for creating the beast pizzas in town. It’s the job of the RIBELLI team to create an unforgettable, enjoyable CUCINA POPOLARE experience, and they’re looking forward to welcoming you as Pizzaiolo.

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special...
- You’ll be fully in command of your own job by the pizza oven, and with your fellow staff you’ll ensure that pizza, pasta and the rest all land on the plate on time
- You’ll care about our guests - and give them a smile even when it’s your hundredth pizza.
- You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and take care to ensure that it’s all cleared away again afterwards as well
- You’ll work independently, even if there’s major uproar or things are getting hectic

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra...
- You’ve gained experience of Italian cuisine, and baking pizzas is your calling
- You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team
- You’re passionate about Italian cooking, and for you pizza napoletana, foccacia and cucina popolare aren’t foreign words
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
