**Employer Branding Specialist (d/f/m) - part time / 25h**

Your main responsibility will be to establish new or adapt existing and identify new employer branding ideas, measures and offers all along the employee lifecycle. Additionally - depending on the current internal focus and strategy - you will e.g. develop and implement social media campaigns and analyze the global applicant market structures and recruiting trends and derive appropriate measures. Acting as a business and sparring partner for our internal customers in HR and marketing. Building up relationships and networks will be key.

**Qualifications**:

- You like to think outside the box? Your hands-on mentality and target orientation help you to find practical solutions and to execute things smoothly? Texting is a passion and not a duty for you? You have a strong sense for how to best use different media in order to address the respective target group? - Then you are the right person to join our team. Our company language is English, good knowledge of German is a plus.

**Additional Information**:
Please note that this is a hybrid position: we offer you the possibility to work partly remote and partly in Amstetten. You live in or close to Vienna? - Then we can offer you to partly work in our office in Vienna, being part of our Viennese Doka & umdasch group community (presence in Amstetten for min. 1 day/week is still required).

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**
- We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 42.558,88 EUR _according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry, based on a full time employment)._
