Für unseren Standort **Graz **suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter Order Execution Service (m/w/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Vollständige Vertragsabwicklung Service und Small Business
- Kalkulation und Angebotslegung Ersatzteile und/oder Revisionen
- Ansprechperson gegenüber Kunden, Unterlieferanten und Drittparteien
- Teilnahme und Mithilfe bei Vertragsverhandlungen u.a. Mitwirken bzw. eigenständige Erstellung der der Auftragskalkulation
- Erstellung von Angeboten für Ersatzteile, Montagen und Revisionen sowie Pumpensanierungen
- Anfrageerstellung für einzelne Komponenten und/oder kompletten Ersatzpumpen bei Unterlieferanten inkl. technischer Beurteilung und Aufbereitung der Unterlagen zur vergabefertigen Freigabe für die Beschaffung
- Mitwirken an Beschaffungskonzepten, Vergabeentscheidungen und Vergabekonzepten
- Führung und Organisation des Projektteams
- Fakturierungs
- und Zahlungsmanagement
- Projekt Controlling und Reporting (Unterstützung durch den Projekt-Controller)
- Sicherstellen der Nachhaltigkeit bei der Optimierung und Verbesserung von Projektergebnissen

IHR PROFIL
- Ausbildung HTL und/oder weiterführendes technisches Studium
- Kommunikation schriftlich/mündlich in Englisch und Deutsch
- Erfahrung im Pumpenbereich von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methodik
- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln und hohe Belastbarkeit in Krisensituationen zeichnen Sie aus

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto 2.763,02€/ Monat anzuführen.
Wir bieten jedoch in jedem Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
