- € 1,753 to € 2,044* gross/month depending on level of education - Duration: 3-6 months (between May and October)

Your Responsibilities

The Graduate School Office (GSO) is a core administrative unit of ISTA that deals with the organization of PhD student life at ISTA. It promotes excellence in graduate education and is responsible for student admissions and PhD program administration. During your internship, you will be supporting the team with various operational tasks like helping us to maintain our online presence for external and internal audiences. We are looking for a part time intern starting this spring and a full time intern to support us during the summer months.
- Update the Graduate School Office institutional contact database
- Support student marketing and recruiting operations (i.e., update postings on online advertising platforms, collect data about recruitment events in target institutions)
- Assistance with development and enhancements of program operations (i.e., documenting processes, updating presentations, setting up feedback surveys, and others)
- Manage external and internal program inquiries
- Website editing and proofreading
- Help with routine office tasks
- Support with online and in-person event organization (i.e., graduation ceremony, poster sessions, welcome sessions, and others)

Your Profile
- Ongoing Bachelor's degree (second year completed) or higher ongoing degree
- Strong attention to detail and process-orientated
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous work in an office environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of WordPress is an advantage
- Experience Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is an advantage
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop), etc. is an advantage
- Excited to proactively support our team and eager to learn
