With our cross-functional teams from the four divisions of IT Consulting, IT Development, IT Operations and IT Organization, we develop tailor-made solutions for clients and partners.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Introduce a service catalogue by enabling and assisting product teams to create service descriptions of their services
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Technology cluster to internal customers, managing service delivery and cluster delivery projects
- Monitor and report on service performance using KPIs, fostering stakeholder relationships in periodic review meetings
- Identify areas of continuous improvement
- Initialize and track Service Improvement Projects
- Guide the operationalization of GRC regulations within product teams

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment with focus of delivery management
- A collaborative team player who can motivate people and foster a nurturing environment for Operational Excellence
- Experience in planning and managing projects
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
