**Business Analyst (Marketing Applications) (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Develop our best practice standards further and integrate new methodologies in our marketing, sales and customer service processes
- Coordinate, design and develop our SAP cloud platform (with products Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Field
- Service Management, CPI,...) solution and processes to support the whole customer lifecycle
- Run international projects and manage rollouts with data migration in country organizations
- Support our key users in the daily usage of the solutions
- Drive the adoption of our systems and review new requirements for their feasibility
- Create user stories for implementation and assure proper testing during rollout of new features
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable position
- Completed education in business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics or a comparable education
- Experience with digital marketing systems like SAP Marketing Cloud or similar
- Good understanding of digital campaign management and marketing automation
- Project management skills and understanding of agile project methodologies
- You are enthusiastic and look forward to new challenges, have an independent and team-oriented way of working, a high level of initiative, good communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Good command of written and spoken English and willingness to travel
