**Business Development Manager 3C (communication, computer, consumer) (M/F/d)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Perform customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identify current and future needs, roadmaps and drive customer engagement and development, build strategic relationships
- Initiate and manage joint development programs
- Perform strategic analysis, definition and implementation of growth solutions for the business line
- Collaborate with management on goals, planning and forecasting; develop business cases and maintain short - and long-term business development plans
- Strategic marketing: organize technology roadshows and actively participate and present to customers, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Cross
- functional and business lines collaboration for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives
**Your Profile**:
- 5-8 years’ work experience in a Marketing, Market Research, Business Development or Product Management function in the Semiconductor or electronics industry
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or equivalent, MBA is an advantage
- Profound knowledge of the electronics industry including electronic systems, PCB, substrates, or components with strong business acumen
- Strategic thinker, analytical mindset with excellent marketing and presentation skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, accountable, open-minded and intercultural awareness
- Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Very good command of English

Your HR Team
Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 67.000;
