(Senior) End-2-end Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly capable End-2-End Business Analyst who possesses strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to comprehend and challenge complex business requirements to ensure the success of initiatives driving change. Clear communication, organization, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential attributes of this role.

**What to do**:

- Analyzing business requirements with business partners, defining software requirement specifications and reviewing functional designs
- Creating a shared understanding of business requirements, designing solutions adhering to best practices, and addressing end-customer/user needs
- Work collaboratively in a diverse team that includes business analysts, software engineers, data analysts, and decision-makers (e.g. product owners) to build solutions and gain insights
- Daily work management and meetings are conducted through tools like Jira/Confluence, participation in Scrum or Kanban meetings and retrospectives is essential

**You check these boxes**:

- A proven track record working in IT or similar fields
- Strong analytical thinking skills and technical background, preferably with a technical degree
- Expertise in requirements engineering and experience working with state-of-the-art technologies such as Microservices, PaaS, and SOA, as well as agile software delivery methodologies
- Good communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
