You are a **proactive individual leader **who is excited to **explore emerging technology trends,** **synthesize market-business-technology **and** collaborate with CTO, Product and Engineering leadership to innovate and drive value of Dynatrace products?**

You will be part of the Office of the CTO and Product team, that owns vision, strategy and drives cross-product initiatives, from conceptualization, cross-functional alignment to roll-out and implementation. You drive focused programs with high business impact requiring diligence and creativity to deal with new situations in a high-growth environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's in computer science, Business Informatics, or related Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management, Product Management, Software Entrepreneurship or Software Engineering. Ideally, experience with Monitoring, Cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Security.
- Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex and unique problems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills. Ability to communicate thoughts clearly.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for tight collaboration with other employees and organizations.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a **higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
