**Customer Success Manager/Client Success Manager/ Technical Account Manager/ Engagement Manager/ SaaS Account Manager - SaaS, MarTech, remote role**

My client is a fast growing SaaS AI driven marketing software vendor:

- headquarters in the US and UK and offices across Europe and the US
- over 160 employees expanding globally
- working with over 2000 clients and leading retailers and brands like Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung
- providing cutting edge Al-driven technologies

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will take care of their key strategic existing enterprise clients. You will help drive client revenues from existing clients by maintaining retention rates.
- High level of drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
- Experience working for a SaaS vendor or marketing automation or consulting on SaaS technologies
- Track record of driving customer success

They are paying up to 70,000 EURO base salary + bonus+ progression + benefits. This is a remote role and you can work from home.
