**STORE MANAGER, FLAGSHIP STORE**

**WIEN, CENTRAL AREA**

**ABOUT**:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Deliver retail excellence with a focus on front of house as a proirity in order to drive best client experience and store results
- Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
- Able to thrive the business, develop and promote a loyal clientele through clienteling tools
- Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of Assistant Manager or Department Manager experience
- Possess extensive experience in driving footfall and achieving operational excellence
- Possess a wealth of experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Understanding of current local market trends and ability to pivot to changing business and market needs
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality

**OFFERING**:

- Basic Salary up to €70K + 15% MBO
- Fluent German and English languages, Italian is a plus
- Permanent contract
