If this resonates with you, you are the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist for our Early Careers Program we are looking for Based on-site in Salzburg, you'll review the strategy and the process around Early Careers.

**GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM**

You'll oversee our current Global Graduate Program, meaning you'll get to review the strategy, process, and framework we currently have in place for our local team to run the program. You'll also be in charge of running the Graduate Training Week in collaboration with the local teams and our colleagues from Global Talent Development to ensure we are providing the key to success to our Graduates.

**EARLY CAREER INITIATIVES**

With many programs for Early Careers across the company and in different countries, you will have the opportunity to shape a global approach and framework for some of them. You'll have to play on a few different areas, researching what is currently being done, looking at the data we have, what the trends are externally, as well as what the best process we need to have in place with the Talent Acquisition system. Our aim is to ensure we hire the young bright minds that will fuel Red Bull.

**RELATIONSHIP BUILDER**

You'll utilize your strong communication skills to build relationships with the HR and Talent acquisition teams in the regions. You'll foster strong partnerships that will ensure the success of our Early Careers strategies, contributing to our mission of 'giving wiiings to people and ideas'.

**TALENT ACQUISITION ENABLEMENT**

You'll also get to work on various Talent Acquisition projects. From Talent Attraction to Analytics, or even selection process, we are covering a very broad scope of work. You'll get the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition Operations team at time, which will allow you to broaden your experience and knowledge of Talent Acquisition.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career programs.

Experience in global program management, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural complexities and align global talent strategies.

Experience driving process optimization and efficiency gains in talent acquisition.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with emphasis on a solution mindset.

A strong communicator, you have a proven track record when it comes to building effective relationships and networks within the business.

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
