About the Role
Graphwise seeks a Medior Market Analyst for its Sales Enablement team to support Portfolio Management. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and portfolio performance in knowledge graph technology and AI to inform strategic decision-making and product development. The analyst will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to research market and competitor dynamics, customer needs, and product portfolio performance.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Graph AI and enterprise AI sectors.
- Support portfolio management by gathering and synthesizing data on competitors, market segments, and customer needs.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of existing products and services, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align market intelligence with business objectives.
- Monitor industry news, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to knowledge graphs, AI, and enterprise data solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role (internships included).
- Strong interest in AI, knowledge graph technology, and enterprise software markets.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) and market research methodologies.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow prioritization of workflows
Other qualifications and experiences that are an asset:
- Familiarity with SaaS and software business model and pricing
- Data cleaning and data management skills to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Ability to present complex data clearly.
- Creativity and diversity of thought to bring new perspectives to problem-solving and strategic analysis
