**Job Description**:
**Reports to**:Chief Operating Officer (COO)

**What you'll do**
- **Digital Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention within the iGaming sector.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing success, regularly measuring and reporting on these metrics.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- **Content and Social Media Management**:

- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the design and brand marketing teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- **Stay Current with Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the iGaming industry.Continuously explore new digital marketing opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and gaming.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
