Du wirst für deine eigenen Kundenprojekte verantwortlich sein und dich in unserem Innovation Prozess für unsere Softwarelösungen einbringen können - wir können es kaum erwarten, deine Ideen zu hören."** **Das machst du bei uns**: - Mitarbeit im Open Innovation Prozess unserer Web-Applikationen und Dienstleistungen - Verantwortung für das Design, Implementierung und Bereitstellung von Softwaremodulen - Unterstützung der technischen Product Owner (z.B. Roadmap, Backlog, User Stories, Testing) - Führung von eigenen Key Account Projekte im Bereich eCommerce - Abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit viel Raum für eigene Ideen und Innovationskraft - Bewertung von Technologietrends und deren Auswirkungen auf unsere Softwareprodukte und Dienstleistungen **Das wünschen wir uns von dir**: - "Digital Native" mit abgeschlossenem einschlägigem Studium oder entsprechender Erfahrung - Interesse an neuen Trends und Entwicklungen (z.B. Big Data, Lean Innovation, Headless eCommerce) - Erfahrung im Bereich Requirements Engineering, UX-Design und Customer Journey - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product oder Project Manager für Web-Applikationen - Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit zum Querdenken, Hinterfragen und Verstehen - Teamplayer mit analytischer, strukturierter und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise Wir bieten ein Gehalt von monatlich **EUR 2.700,-** brutto bei Vollanstellung (40h) und die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
