Research Specialist

**Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge**:
**The Team is responsible for the research and development of the e-beam sources of our e-beam lithography machines.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Design, performing, and evaluation of experiments in the development of e-beam sources
- Development of components, techniques, and procedures, as well as documentation for the transfer to production
- Definition of tests, measurement routines and evaluation for qualification of sources in production
- Supervision, support, and development of test system environment in frame of source development
- Monitoring of e-beam source status in production and in the field and implement continuous improvement processes

**Your Qualifications**:

- MSc, PhD degree of physics or similar
- Experiences in conduction of experiments and analysis
- Very good organized working attitude
