**Your future Role**:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of five marketing professionals
- Set clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for team members and monitor their performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate with our Head of Growth to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Be responsible for our multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive conversions, and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, business development and sales, to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing ROI
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights
- Accompany and coordinate the re-branding process of our brand including a website relaunch following latest trends and technologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies relevant to the SaaS industry

**Your Skills**:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- You have at least 3-5 years proven experience in leading a marketing team, specifically within the SaaS industry or in a technology sector
- Strong leadership skills with a hands on mentality and the ability to motivate and inspire a team by example
- Excellent understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, strategies, and technologies in the SaaS industry

The stated position is available for full-time as well as part-time employment. The minimum salary based on a full-time role is € 49.714;
