Is a **TEAM LEAD** within the Central Eastern European Wholesale Sales team who is sharing our passion to support athletes to develop a sound mind in a sound body by supporting our retail partners with joint strategy plans with a highly engaged team and our ambition of being the most trusted brand

Are you a **analytical, strategic thinking enabler** with a successful track record in the **online/omnichannel** Sales (and Marketing) in the sport/movement/(healthy)lifestyle industry in B2B or B2C. Are you a caregiver with experience and passion to develop and **coach teams** to deliver their best in balance of a sound mind in a sound body. **Then this is for you**:
You will work in a team lead role within ASICS Central Eastern Europe leading the Austrian Wholesale Sales team with a strong interaction to all relevant functional departments and mainly Marketing. You will be responsible to develop and enable the strategy with your team of four and all relevant retail partners across Austria (Intersport Group, Hervis, Sport2000/Giga, REC)

You will lead the business with the most relevant digital enabled Running expert within EMEA in a cross functional team and a liaise to the ASICS Europe

You will support the Head-of-Sales enabling strategies and represent the Central Eastern European Team within region North East

**As part of the role you’ll**
- Drive Omnichannel development of ASICS within dedicated (in)directly responsible accounts and the team
- Lead and work with/in (cross functional) teams
- Strategic thinking with a high level of executive enablement
- Agile mindset with high level of solution orientation an persistency to drive action to success

**Does this sound like you?**

**You have **experience in an active role in an Online
- and/or Omnichannel Sales or Marketing environment
- **You have **High level understanding of digital/omnichannel consumer journey
- **You have **High level communication skills and ability to inspire teams
- **You have **Experience of leading teams in projects or direct reporting lines
- **You’re a problem solver. **You’re determined to find solutions and are self-driven.
- **You like figures. **You have strategic Planning skills.
- **You like to connect. **You’re thinking cross functional, out-of-the-box and creative.
- **You’re stronger in a team. **You are a team player, empathetic and are trustful and open.

**What we’re looking for**
- Master’s degree or any equivalence
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Experience in using tools in the MS Office environment with extensive MS Excel skills
- Analytical skills and a favour of working with data and drive fact based decisions
- Good in writing and speaking English
- Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure
- Sports Industry / Running category experiences is a plus
