Senior Financial Team Leader

Kleen-Tex Europe is looking for an independent, analytical person with high professional standards for the position:
**Senior Financial Team Leader**

**Your work location**: Ebbs-Austria
**Mode**: On-site

**The Senior Financial Team Leader will be responsible for**:

- Full Balance Sheet reconciliation and Control
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements
- Monitor and report variances against local budget and work up action plans
- Set and agree local budgets
- Monitor and control fixed asset register and creditor ageing
- Plan and report working capital performance
- Statutory reporting: VAT, Tax, EC Sales, Intrastat, Pension and all social tax reporting

**Requirements and skills**:

- University degree within Controlling / Financial Accounting or Tax
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of Controlling/Finance/Accounting with increasing level of responsibility
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of team management
- Professional experience within General Ledger (month end closing, accounts reconciliation, fixed assets, reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel ability
- A high degree of personal organization, self-reliance, desire for success and a positive/constructive attitude
- Project management
- Leadership
- Additional professional financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) would be an advantage
