We recently closed our $26M Series A funding and are entering a fast-paced Hyper-Growth phase. We are now looking for a new colleague to become our Partner Marketing Manager in Vienna

Tasks

As Partner Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing our Partner Marketing strategy. We are a product-driven company and our product is the key factor for our and our client's success. Measurable campaigns and target-group-focused marketing are crucial for our continuous growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- Together with the rest of the team, you will further develop, support and manage the partner marketing strategy
- You generate direct and indirect leads to fill our partner marketing pipeline by creating measurable campaigns and target group focused marketing material
- You work closely with the partner sales team in order to generate synergies
- Working with regional stakeholders you will create and implement a specific regional partner marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- You help build and maintain our partner marketing tool
- You establish efficient working relationships with the global marketing team and drive effective engagement with key global/regional partners
- You work directly with and manage agencies on specific executions such as events, dinners, fairs etc.
- You build a relationship with our target audience and partners by planning and hosting events & webinars

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Completed apprenticeship in the field of marketing/advertising/communication or studies in the field of business administration/marketing
- At least two years of experience in marketing (B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or FinTech industries)
- You have experience and a track record of building a strong network of brand ambassadors, strongly connected to company business goals
- You are familiar with multi-channel marketing programs, account-based marketing and events
- You are an expert when it comes to common marketing tools
- You prioritize quality and take responsibility as well as a proactive way of working
- You have a flexible mindset and a distinctly creative thinking ability
- Natural brand understanding and affinity for design
- Fluent in German and English - both written and spoken
