- Manage entire **project lifecycle **, serving as **main point of contact**:

- Form and motivate **diverse **, **cross-functional teams**:

- Provide **project compliance **, **accountability **, and **quality**:

- Proactively identify and solve **complex technical challenges**:

- Conduct forward-looking **risk management **in collaboration with stakeholders

You thrive on staying updated with the **latest technologies **. Your **collaborative nature **enables you to think and work effectively in teams. Your inspiring skills in **negotiation **and **communication **empower you to drive projects successfully and make prompt decisions.

**Your toolkit for success includes**:

- A **university **/ **university of applied sciences degree **in **Electrical Engineering **, **Microelectronics **or comparable
- At least **4 years of experience in project management **for **mixed-signal ICs**:

- **E **xpertise in product development **, encompassing project initiation, planning, reporting, and documentation**:

- **Presentation skills **and **self-confidence**:

- **Fluent **English **skills**

**Nice to have**:

- **Project management certification **(e.g. IPMA D/C)**:

- **German language skills**
