**Communications Specialist** **(m/w/d)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write for a variety of content formats, including press releases, internal announcements, reports, website and social media channels
- Support the team in planning events
- Driving brand awareness and employer branding initiatives
- Develop and coordinate communications projects with relevant departments
- Work with the team on implementing & further developing the communications strategy for the business lines
- Build strong relationships with external clients, journalists, and other stakeholders

**Our Requirements**:

- Working experience as a communications / PR specialist
- Knowledge of digital communication platforms and tools
- Ability to craft a concise narrative towards internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Very good MS Office skills, Adobe Creative Cloud expertise (especially InDesign, Photoshop)
- Excellent German and English language proficiency
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and green finance, performance orientation, hands on attitude and the passion to go the extra green mile

The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary is EUR 3.110,77 gross based on the requirements mentioned above. A market compliant overpayment is of course possible, depending on your experience and qualifications.
