We are seeking a passionate **Information Technology Supervisor** to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems across the hotel.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and monitoring of the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, software, guest Wi-Fi, telecommunications).
- Act as first point of contact for internal IT requests and support issues.
- Coordinate external IT service providers and work closely with the global IT team.
- Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS).
- Perform regular backups, updates, and system tests.
- Implement and train staff on new systems and software solutions.
