**Your Tasks**:
We are looking for a Commercial Controlling Manager for Austria based in Vienna. You will report to the Finance Director of the management unit responsible for Eastern Europe.

Your main tasks are as follows:

- Be the business partner of the commercial teams in Austria.
- Consolidate, analyze, and track NSP and TTC spend. Challenge the numbers and recommend/manage corrective actions.
- Analyze and evaluate annual trade agreements and conduct key discussions with our sales teams which control the sales budget.
- Ensure an effective monthly sales forecasting process, support and challenge the sales teams; drive financial forecasting cycles for gross sales up to Margin II; take active role in the S&OP process.
- Work in collaboration with the Shopper and Customer Marketing Management team on the optimization of promotions and pricing.
- Ensure that our internal control policies and compliance related to sales are up-to-date and followed at all levels.
- Represent the finance team and provide ad-hoc analyses and support various projects (i.e. PowerBI, OPEX).
- Manage a team of four controllers.

**Your Profile**:

- +5 years of experience in commercial controlling or a similar finance role
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence and challenge in a positive way
- High problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive personality with an ability to influence decisions and deliver business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about working with cross-functional teams
- Good command of tools (Excel, Powerpoint, ideally Power BI and SAP)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The salary depends on the position and your qualifications and starts at EUR 3.909,67 gross (full-time) per month, overpayment depends on qualifications and experience.
