**Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert**

**Akquisitionsphase**
- Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und den Regionalgesellschaften, ggf. mit dem Endkunden
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen inkl. Risikoanalyse und Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit
- Abschätzung und Einplanung Ressourcen für Angebotserstellung bzw. Erstellung Terminplan

**Angebotsphase**
- Planung des Angebotsprojekts, Organisation des Angebotsteams
- Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Aufgabenabklärung
- Chancen-/Risikoanalyse und Bewertung
- Abstimmung der Termin
- und Ressourcenpläne (für Angebot und Projektdurchführung)
- Erstellen des Angebots und der Angebotskalkulation gemeinsam mit dem kaufm. Projektleiter
- Angebotsprüfung technisch (kaufmännisch und juristisch in Abstimmung mit dem kaufm. Projektleiter)
- Verhandlung des Angebotes mit dem Kunden im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Verhandlungsspielraums

**Realisierungs
- und Gewährleistungs-/Betriebsphase**
- Vertretung des Projekts gegenüber dem Kunden
- technische Prüfung der Auftragseingangskalkulation
- Koordination, Beauftragung und Controlling der Fachabteilungen auf Basis von Arbeitspaketen (Termin, Qualität, Kosten), gemeinsam mit dem kaufm. Projektleiter
- Gegensteuerung bei Planabweichung
- Regelmäßige Projektberichterstattung
- Einberufung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Projektteammeetings und Meilensteinsitzungen
- Festlegung von Maßnahmen und Verfolgung der Umsetzung
- Durchführung des Variation-Managements, Claims-Managements, Risikomanagements, Änderungsmanagements und des Konfigurationsmanagements

**Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat**
- HTL-, FH- oder Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (oder vergleichbar)
- Ca. 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektleitung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Was muss ich noch wissen?**
Wir bieten ein attraktives Vergütungspaket, das Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung entspricht. Das Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt für diese Funktion mindestens EUR 49 952,-. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Siemens als Großkonzern bietet darüber hinaus weitere Sozialleistungen und Benefits.
