**More about this role**

You help develop a comprehensive view of what great looks like in retail enterprises for our categories. You support the team to define category growth strategies focusing on shelf and secondary placement in-store.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Support the team to deliver our Mondelēz International Perfect Store agenda identifying relevant growth potentials via customer & shopper analysis and implement/develop actionable measures
- Support Category Management projects with selected customers
- Help equip Sales Teams with relevant materials and tools to enable excellent execution in-store
- Close collaboration with multiple functions, e.g. Marketing, Key Account, Shopper Insights

**Education / Certifications**:

- **Student or recent graduate **of business administration, preferably with focus on sales and marketing

**Job specific requirements**:

- High interest in customer and shopper insights
- A structured working style and analytical know-how
- High motivation and flexible mindset
- You work confidently with MS Office, especially comprehensive level of Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player spirit
- **Fluent in English and German**

**Salary**:1950 EUR monthly gross

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
