- Pflege, Segmentierung und Clustern von Stammdaten
- Sie analysieren, optimieren und entwickeln bestehende CRM-Prozesse und leiten operative Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie erstellen und pflegen aktuelle Reports mit Access, Excel und/oder Cognos und übernehmen die Kommunikation
- Umsetzung von CRM-Aktivitäten nach Bedürfnissen der Fachbereich

**Fachliche und persönliche Qualifikationen**:

- Relevante Fachausbildung (z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, E-Commerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik, etc.) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit hoher Digitalaffinität
- Versierter Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Vertriebsnaher Tools
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Reportings (Access, Excel, etc.)
- Kenntnisse der Projektarbeit im Digital-Umfeld
- Freude am aktiven Know-how-Transfer und an der Mitgestaltung neuer Themenbereiche
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken sowie Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und gesunder Pragmatismus
- Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische, vertriebliche und komplexe Zusammenhänge und Prozesse

Das tatsächliche Ausmaß der Vergütung wird im persönlichen Gespräch mit Ihnen vereinbart. Bei entsprechender Übererfüllung der Anforderungen können wir diesen Rahmen individuell anpassen.
