Omnichannel Private Client Advisor

**Poste**:
As an Omnichannel Private Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador and a human touch for our digital clients who have no store attachment, with a double objective:
- Offer a memorable omnichannel experience by providing the highest level of client care
- Upsell & sell across the brand (silhouette and high-end focus)
Your daily focus will be to elevate client experience and recruit new high potentials by building loyal and long-term relationships in a personalized way
In order to efficiently spot and develop clients you will be provided with innovative tools allowing you to analyze client behavior and proactively engage with them.
This role is located in Vienna, Austria and reports to the Store Director. You will have to work closely with the 3 Louis Vuitton Austrian Store Teams (Vienna, Salzburg and Kitzbühel) as well as with the Client Development team in the Head Office.
KEY TASKS:
- Review a weekly list of clients spotted through the tools (Web navigation analysis, back in stock requests, high end purchasers), assess their potential and decide who to engage with
- Become a private advisor to those clients, advise them across the brand whether digitally, virtually or in person (stores or events)
- Maximize online sales via pro-active selling and identification of opportunities
- Build long-term relationships and create personalized action plans across all channels
- Partner with other stores, client services and HO regional Client Development team to participate in local activities (client bridges, store events )
- Be an ambassador for the brand and showcase an active, genuine passion and strong enthusiasm
