Sales Assistant

As an assistant to our sales department and to strengthen the internal sales team, we are looking for a committed personality for our headquarters in Wels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General assistance tasks (in English and German):

- Correspondence, client correspondence, minutes, agendas
- Excel evaluations, overviews and lists
- Presentations
- Collaboration in the preparation of national and international bid packages, tenders, participation procedures and pre-qualifications including timely dispatch
- Monitoring and support of various tender portals
- Follow-up support & documentation of sales activities as well as order tracking, invoicing, documented project handovers etc.
- Support and maintenance of the ERP system for all sales & some project activities
- Travel organization incl. document preparation and follow-up for defined persons
- Receipt management, travel cash register and travel expense accounting for defined persons
- Support with trade fair preparation and follow-up
- Organization and support (incl. service) of client appointments and internal meetings
- Close cooperation with sales & management as well as internal departments (e.g. technical departments, marketing, legal, invoicing, accounting)

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training
- Very good knowledge in MS Office
- Basic knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German & English skills
- Conditional willingness to travel
