**Finance Manager Oncology (M/F/x)**:
***Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with and support Business Partners in the Oncology Business Unit (OBU)
- Analyze sales and cost development, and report to stakeholders
- Coordinate planning processes within OBU collaborating with alliance partner
- Make planning assumptions transparent and facilitate reviews with OBU stakeholders and alliance partner
- Provide management with clear, objective financial and business insights to support the decision process
- Set up, expand and maintain reporting structures, including the definition of KPIs and controlling standards in accordance with current requirements
- Work independently on OBU projects to initiate optimization measures within the scope of your area of responsibility
- OBU Process and Operation.
- Support general Finance tasks and projects in the affiliate

**Qualifications and Personal skills**:

- Relevant business degree in Finance/Accounting or related field alternatively, an equivalent qualification with relevant experience will also be considered
- Proven experience as a Business Controller with 5+ years of experience in Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in an international company
- Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality and ability to act autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Open-minded with a natural curiosity to the commercial side of the business
- Experience in SAP R/3 as well as planning & reporting tools (Jedox, Power BI, QlikSense etc.)
- Result oriented with a strong affinity for numbers in financial contexts that enables you to quickly think your way into complex tasks
- Strong team player with a pro-active attitude able to work in a cross-functional environment
- Builds and maintains close relationship with internal partners
- Open-minded and critical mind
- Readiness and willingness to work internationally within the European group of companies
- Fluency in English and German
