Stellenbeschreibung
- In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie Koordination, Monitoring und Steuerung des Beschaffungsbereiches Disposition während der Projektphase
- Sie führen Beschaffungsgespräche und stellen eine zeitgerechte Teilverfügbarkeit sicher
- Die Anlage, Definition und Pflege der dispositiv relevanten Stammdaten im ERP-System gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Prozessgestaltung und Umsetzung von Projektabläufen in Serienabläufen
- Ihr Know-how ist gefragt beim Reporting dispositiver Projektkennzahlen und Monitoring der zugehörigen Meilensteine
- In Kooperation mit den Fachbereichen führen Sie Lieferanten-Onboardings durch und der proaktive Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen (Einkauf, SQA etc.) rundet Ihr Profil ab

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung (LAP, HASCH, HAK, HTL)
- Erfahrung im SCM-Bereich von Vorteil
- Niedrige Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel und PowerPoint)
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 2.398;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
