**Meine Aufgaben**
- Analyse der Systeme und Prozesse in der Geschäftssparte
- Unterstützung der Fachexpert:innen bei der Anforderungserhebung und enge Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern/Softwareherstellern
- Erstellung und Anpassung von Fachkonzepten, UseCases und weiteren Spezifikationen
- Begleitung bei der Einführung der neuen Kernsysteme
- Übernahme von Change Requests, Analyse von Incidents

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder Prozessmanager:in im Bereich Finanzdienstleistung (Bank, Versicherung, Beratung)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften/BWL von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hands-On Mentalität
- Freue an der Arbeit in Teams
- Offenheit und Begeisterung für neue Ideen

**Gehaltsinformationen**
- Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 55.000 brutto/Jahr (Vollzeit-Basis). Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
