**Introduction**:
EMTensor Inc., an established and growing startup in San Jose, is looking for entry level project manager to track various projects to keep them on track and facilitate mitigation to ensure project success.

The project manager is a responsible leader that can follow project management techniques to organize, support and coordinate with good communication skills and status reporting working with multiple functional teams. The Project Manager will be adept at ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Develop project plans for various projects (e.g. product development, customer engagement, 3rd party teams,..etc) with schedule details and task ownership
- Drive and track the various projects, and provide weekly status to identify success, risks, and mitigation plans
- Assisting Program Manager(s) in all job-related tasks
- Managing project schedules, checklists, and Project Manager Calendars
- Assist with creating and tracking purchase order
- Assist with domestic and international shipments
- Attend team meetings, gather information exchange, and publish meeting minutes
- Interacting with the international team, clients, and supplier

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of JIRA and MS Project is Plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Driven; strong problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and ability to prioritize efficiently
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team; enthusiastic and reliable
- Previous 2+ years’ experience in areas related to project management

Flexible with work hours to work with international teams

**Job Type**: Full-time Monday - Friday, in-office.
