**Your daily tasks will include**

️ enhancing our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on IP/IT law, corporate law, data protection law, compliance and/or employment law

️ working closely with legal partners such as lawyers, notaries, tax consultants and support management in legal matters at national and international level

️ supporting our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics

️ developing guidelines, concepts, processes, principles and agreements and offer legal support in M&A processes

️ participating in the development and implementation of strategic contract management

️ conducting in-house training courses on legal topics and be the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions

**The following will make you succeed in this role**

**️** a completed legal degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm

**️** experience in reviewing and developing contracts, preferably in the field of IP/IT law

**️** experience in prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment

**️** experience with due diligence obligations in supply chains as well as drafting and aligning of guidelines and policies

**️** strong negotiation and communication skills, fluency in both German and English is a must

**️** a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to familiarize yourself well with technical issues
