Zur Verstärkung unseres kollegialen, dynamischen R&D-Teams suchen wir für den Standort Salzburg, eine/n verantwortliche/n- In dieser Schlüsselposition arbeiten Sie sehr eng mit dem Produktmanagement, verschiedenen R&D-Abteilungen, der Fertigung und der Serviceabteilung zusammen. Auf Grund Ihrer relevanten Erfahrungen in Systems Engineering sorgen Sie für die Umsetzung der Produktspezifikationen für Neuentwicklungen und die Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Geräten bzw. Produkten im Bereich Life Science (MikroPlatten Reader, Imaging-Anwendungen).**Verantwortungsbereiche**
- Interdisziplinare Zusammenarbeit, um die Anforderungen der weltweiten Anwender in der technischen Produktentwicklung umsetzen zu können
- Projektmanagement über alle Phasen des R&D Prozesses bis hin zur Serienüberleitung
- Gesamtverantwortung hinsichtlich Termin
- und Kosten der Entwicklungsprojekte
- Risikomanagement
- Designentwicklung mit den Bereichen Optik, Mechanik, Elektronik und Software
- Internationales Reporting und Projektdokumentationen

**Anforderungen**
- Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektromechanik, Medizintechnik, Physik oder ähnliches im Bereich Life Science
- Mehrjährige Projektmanagementerfahrung in der Serienentwicklung von elektromechanischen Geräten
- Einsatz von QM-Tools (wie FMEA, Problem Solving, Poka-Yoke, etc.)
- Life Science Kenntnisse (MikroPlatten Reader, Imaging-Anwendungen) wären ideal, sind aber keine Bedingung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
