We are in the scale-up phase and are looking to build an outstanding management level within the company to act as sparring partners for the founders with their experience in leading tech companies or consulting firms.

For our Finance team, we are looking for a hungry and outstanding professional in the role as our Senior Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager (M/F/x). This role reports directly to the CFO and will put you in touch with world-class investors.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a degree in Finance or Economics, ideally from a top-tier university or equivalent
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, VC, PE, Consulting or similar
- You have an analytical mind-set and feel comfortable making data-driven decisions
- You love to work with data and statistics and are proficient in Excel
- You are very keen on accuracy and quality and always have a high attention to detail
- You have an outgoing & enthusiastic personality and are comfortable connecting to different stakeholders
- You have a hands-on mentality and are a natural presenter
- You have excellent communication and written skills
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- You support the organization of large funding rounds together with the Founders and the CFO
- You prepare investor materials and reports for shareholders and the Board
- You are responsible for the Q&A process in Due Diligences and support negotiations regarding terms & deals
- You improve the Financial and Business Model by constantly hardening the assumptions made and gathering further product and market intelligence
- You refine the valuation approach used to value the company, structure financial products, stock options, intangible assets or employee incentive programs
- You liaise on day-to-day inquiries from investors, shareholders, and Board members
- You lead and manage the Investor Relations function
- You help preparing General Assemblies and Board meetings

**ADDITIONAL FACTORS WE APPRECIATE**:

- You have gained work experience in e-commerce before
- You speak a European language (French, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, etc.) in addition to your German and English skills
