**Your mission at RBI**:

- Maintain and improve our AWS infrastructure of document management system (Doxis) and contribute to the future migration to cloud.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system and operational support of our third-party eSignature solution.
- Take ownership of the services in our portfolio, assuming the role of the service responsible person.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Center of Excellence teams and local infrastructure provider on operational tasks in Cloud and Appian environment and on premise.
- Coordinate and resolve of user incidents.

***Your core competencies**:

- Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Basic programming skills in languages like Java or Python.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Understanding in incident management and problem resolution.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound English skills (min. B2 level) for communication with different stakeholders.
