**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You actively find topics and stories, create texts, run approval processes, perform and coordinate translations and put the content into the respective systems in regards to My News, infoscreens, internal blog articles, divisional platform contents, presentations, events, campaigns and videos
- You take over PR Controlling using Google Analytics, CMS reporting functionalities and various feedback channels
- You support the Department Manager R&M Communications in the role of a Project Manager & leads on projects in the area of responsibility managing timelines & budgets independently.
- You manage requests from/towards the R&M business.
- You function as deputy to ensure urgent and important tasks are handled without delay; you deputy in the business support crisis team
- You organize R&M events, especially those for Executive Board Members e.g. quarterly updates, panel discussions, townhalls and exhibitions
- You coordinate third party providers & creative agencies and liases with internal stakeholders from various business units such as Corporate Communications, FM and IT
- You prepare and coordinate relevant Business Division Q&A’s for result presentations, Annual Shareholder Meeting, press events, press enquiries & manage approval processes

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in PR, Communications or Marketing
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent writing skills / interest in communication topics & trends
- You have good understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines
- You have a strong networking and interpersonal skills to establish a broad and solid internal network
- You are stress resistant, focus on timelines and deliverables - ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- You have research and proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high-quality and accurate
- You speak fluent English and German in a proficient way
