In its 2021/22 financial year, around 4,000 employees generated revenues of EUR 520 million. We are looking for a seasoned **Head of Group Accounting & Consolidation** to join and lead our team.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsibility for comprehensive internal and external financial group reporting
- Legal consolidation for actuals as well as for budget and forecasting
- Primary contact for group auditor
- Communication with subsidiaries related to all financial regards
- Close cooperation with all other group functions (legal, treasury, taxes, controlling)
- Ongoing review and adjustment of Group structures and reporting packages
- Ad Hoc Reporting to the Executive Board and EVP Corporate Finance
- Responsible for impairment tests, business valuations, PPAs
- Regular updating of various documents (IFRS-, Consolidation tool
- and planning manual)
- Leading of the Group Accounting and Consolidation team

**Your Profile**:

- Completed studies (WU, FH) with a focus on business and finance
- Several years of experience in consolidation
- Experience in an international audit firm is appreciated
- Strong knowledge of international accounting (IFRS)
- Leadership skills and management of meetings, presentations
- IT-skills appreciated
- German and English skills are mandatory
