Unser Auftraggeber mit dem Sitz in Kapfenberg ist ein weltweitführendes Unternehmen in der Welt des Schweißens. Unser Kunde bietet technische Beratung und individuelle Lösungen für industrielle Schweiß- und Lötanwendungen und führt drei spezialisierte Produktmarken für die Bereiche Verbindungsschweißen, Reparatur
- und Auftragsschweißen und Hartlöten.

Zur Verstärkung des bereits bestehenden Teams, suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für das Global Customer Service Desk. Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Anfragemanagement, Angebots
- und Auftragserstellung inkl. Fakturierung in SAP
- Sachkundige Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Sales Representatives, Logistik, etc.
- Unterstützung bei Kundenbesuchen vor Ort
- Abwicklung von Reklamationen
- Kontinuierliche Pflege der Kundenstammdaten, Preislisten, etc.

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH, usw.)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre spezifische Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse im SAP wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Französisch bzw. Italienisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 2.829,98 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
