Your Tasks- Supporting the online training activities of our Education & Training department
- Assist in video and audio production and editing, as well as in creating subtitles and video transcripts.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of our learning management system (LMS): the MED-EL Academy
- Handling administrative aspects of different E-learning project
- Your Profile- Excellent computer and Internet proficiency; knowledge of E-learning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Storyline) or LMS systems (e.g. Moodle, OLAT) is preferred
- Very good Knowledge of MS Office programs; good handling of some of the programs in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere etc.) is desirable
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems connected to computer hardware and software
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; further languages are an asset
- Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach
