The gross monthly salary for this position starts at €2.102,-. We are prepared to pay you more depending on your experience and qualifications.

**Your profile**:
You have recently lived in the UK for an extended period of time and understand how the Brits tick? Wonderful.

In addition to that you...
- Speak British English fluently (ideally your mother tongue) and German (min. A2)
- Are happy to work different shifts (including some weekends)
- Are flexible and enjoy working in a team and
- Have a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.

**Your responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Advise on our entire product range (No cold calling)
- Process customer inquiries in alternating shifts
- Document customer data and provide customer support over the phone
